Amazing Estate Agency! After not able to sell our property we decided to change to Reed and Baum. Martyn and Laura took a very pro-active approach. I also liked their website and user portal which is modern and really easy to use if you wish to go back and check something. The photographs they took were much better and made the property look so much nicer than before. Both Martyn and Laura were always available when needed. Martyn and Laura helped me with purchasing my house. They're very friendly and helpful. They're there to help you along the way and their consistency stood out for me. If there were any issues they'd attend it by communicating my questions with the sellers and get back to me as quickly as they could. I didn't feel left in the dark in those situations. Everything was clearly and efficiently communicated. A couple of occasions, it took solicitors longer to clear things, but Martyn already assured me everything was on track after contacting the sellers. From a purchaser perspective, Martyn and team were a dream! Really professional, knowledgable and helpful! I requested a viewing via Rightmove and the team were in touch within 30 mins. Martyn clearly had spent time to get to know the property and could answer most questions on the spot. For the one or two questions he didn’t immediately know, he reached out the sellers and ensured the query was promptly resolved. When it was time to arrange surveys, obtain information for the mortgage etc, R&B were super responsive meaning no undue delays.
