GoogleSold my property through Bronte Estates. Fees were low and the team were friendly, Noah in particular was helpful and easy to deal with.
Communication was hit and miss, some queries went unanswered and I had to chase for updates.
Completion was a bit stressful as ended up completing late in the day and handover was a bit cold. Ended up speaking to buyer directly who was flexible with move.
That said, they got the job done efficiently in the end at a good price, so no major complaints.

I am also sorry you felt completion was stressful, unfortunately with simultaneous exchange & completions like your, it can be very stressful as you don't have any guarantees of the move until it has completed. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used some other company . I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them. I was advised to proceed with a buyer presented as being in a strong financial position, which influenced me to decline another offer. This later proved not to be the case, leading to delays and disruption.
