GoogleI’ve tried continuously sending emails through Rightmove and they don’t reply. I hope for the sales services they provide to customers they don’t have the audacity to charge them for such a laid back approach.

GoogleAbsolutely vile company to deal with. They do not do correct credit checks or suitability checks. They ask for information, share and hold it without consent and do not respond to GDPR requests AVOID

Unfortunately, you have made enquiries and requested information from ourselves which relates to a separate client for which, should we have provided you with the information you requested, would have warranted a breach of GDPR regulations. As such, our refusal to provide the information surrounding the individual (for which we have had no direct dealings with yourself nor your credit file as you have not applied for a property with ourselves) to yourself is in line with GDPR. We would appreciate your cooperation in removing your false review of ourselves.

GoogleReally poor .... rang twice spoke to someone in regards to view 2 properties that werw on their books .. they never got back in touch for either. Not great when people are paying you to sell their house.

GooglePoor service. I emails them details of the property I wanted to view, informed them of my availibilty and then complete utter silence. Called them and left a message and received no reply. No communication at all, so poor customer service. Avoid!

Hello Mr Clegg, Sorry, I am unsure if you have the correct agent as there is a management agent with a similar name located in Keighley. We are a sales & lettings agency. I have checked our system and unable to locate your name registered with us, so i can only assume this review is meant for the other company which has no connection to us what so ever. We are located in Queensbury, Bradford and are only a small family run business. I don't believe companies are able to delete reviews via Google, so would really like to clear this up as soon as possible. GoogleThese people accept your offer on a property you get everything in place within 2weeks then they tell you somebody has made an higher offer but won't tell you by how much they kept on going on about a chain and in the end they broke the chain by letting us get gazumped disgustingNegativeQuality
