My whole experience with this company has been awful. I purchased 4 investment properties through them across England. One property was never built and I lost my deposit. The second property has been a complete disaster and is now caught up in a legal battle. The third is running at a loss currently when I was promised minimum 8% yield. The 4th is the only one that makes money solely because I moved the leasing agent to a local agent and away from Residential Estates. I have made Residential Estates aware of all problems that I have had with the properties and although they seem concerned… they never make any progress to fix the situations. I was advised the whole time by a lady called Allison who has been non-existent since. I have also spoken to many other investors who have used Residential Estates and encountered the same problems. Despite this I still receive emails from the company convincing people to invest in more properties that will have incredible returns etc. Please do not use this company!!
