From start to finish Manning Stainton were amazing. From our first meeting with Emma and then Charlotte who was with us every step of the way - we couldn’t have asked for more! Charlotte kept us up to date daily (often more than once!) and I can’t recommend her enough. 10 STARS!!!!

As a first time buyer it can be quite daunting as the process begins understanding all the different steps we need to take. Vicky has been very helpful in linking us up with a mortgage service and solicitor service via Manning Stainton which has taken the stress out of calling around for quotes. Vicky also provided us with the opportunity to have a ID check locallly and advised on the next steps in regard to buying the property. She has been friendly and informative throughout.

I used Manning Stainton in Pudsey for the sale of my property, and the seller also used them for the purchase of my property. Charlotte Murrie was excellent throughout the sale and purchase, was regularly in contact with updates and info, and was willing to chase solicitors effectively when assistance was needed. Couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be using them again in future. Thank You!

We chose manning stainton to sell my late parents house. Its been hard for us as a family and we have had plenty of hurdles with the sale but Debbie was there with great advice, and keeping us updated on the phone and email throughout the sale. We decided to use Manning Stainton to not only sell our house but to purchase our next. From start to finish their service has been amazing. The endeavoured to get our property on the market as quickly as they possibly could and arrange the photos and EPC to be done within the day. Selling our home with Victoria Alexander was easy. She came to view the property so that she could use her knowledge of it to help sell it, which she did. She has been easy to contact, reliable and honest as she guided us through the process to get us the best offer we could from our buyer. We can’t thank her enough! We saw our next house up for sale with Manning and Debbie Cundill has been brilliant at showing us around the property - multiple times as well as with family! Nothing has been too much trouble for her, and she has always answered phone calls and emails as fast as she possibly can, working efficiently with both us and the seller. We’re very excited to complete on selling and buying our new home and it wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of Vicky and Debbie. Thank you!
