GoogleFriendly staff, company is good to there word in regards to checking your accommodation every quarter. Good result in getting a new tenant quickly after previous tenant moved out.

GoogleAppalling company. Customer service is totally non existent to the point that they refuse to meet to discuss their errors. My property was handed back damaged and wasn't cleaned. Rentolease thought this was acceptable and refused to take responsibility for it. Hope you have deep pockets of you use this firm as they seem to have every excuse for mismanagement.

A family owned business they are very professional, knowledgeable with a strong sense of customer service and work well with both, the landlords and tenants.
