In what was a difficult time selling my Parents house, the whole team at Normie's dealt with the sale in a sympathic efficient way I was really impressed with the speed they found a buyer and worked hard to assist both ourselves and the buyer throughout the whole process.

Always answered the phone, always had time for you no matter how busy they were and always honest!!! Having regular contact with the same person who understood your position doesn't compare to the cheap self service companies out there offering house sale packages.

GoogleVery poor advice given relating to doubling of ground rent clauses, causing me to lose a sale, despite Normie having advised me that they had come across this issue before. Cost me many thousands of pounds and many months of hardship and delay.
