I’ve now been waiting 14 days for…

I’ve now been waiting 14 days for Martin and Co to upload information onto a system so I can sell my property. I’ve been waiting over two months for the information and Martin & Co took over management of my property on 1st May. I was told on 1st May they were hopeful it would be done that afternoon. I was told on the 8th May there was just a couple of more things to upload. I was then told on the 12th May that actually that was not their responsibility and they were waiting for someone else to do it. It’s now the 14th May and still nothing. The chain I’m in has stalled for two months waiting on this information. It’s beyond incompetence. Do not touch Martin & Co with a barge pole. Avoid at all costs. The stress of them isn’t worth it!

Recently moved into my new property and dealt with Dayna Green. The service was slick, professional and communication of everything needed was amazing. Fantastic service received and I’m extremely happy with the stress free way the whole process was conducted. Dayna Green was absolutely amazing! I had certain problems myself as I’d started a new business and had no physical wage slips, however, Dayna went above and beyond to guide me through what was needed to secure the tenancy whilst ensuring the landlord was financially covered and at ease with everything. I couldn’t recommend Dayna more for the efficient, professional and personal service to make the nightmare of moving home a hassle free experience. A lot of companies just email throughout the process but Dayna was always available on the phone to talk me through each step and keep me updated throughout. I used Andrew from Martin&Co to sell my property and can honestly not recommend him highly enough. Having never sold a house previously I was very apprehensive about the process but from the initial valuation appointment all the way through to completion Andrew was brilliant. He gave me honest and useful advice, secured numerous viewings on my property within the first week of marketing and secured us a sale at a price higher than we had expected to achieve almost immediately. He then kept us updated all the way through the process and was also able to recommend a fantastic Solicitor. In addition he has been actively helping us look for a new property for ourselves. I know many people find selling a house extremely stressful but thanks to Andrew the whole sale has ran smoothly and kept me stress-free. The tenant at my property (which Martin&Co manages) recently moved out, leaving a trail of disaster and filth behind him. A lot of work had to be done in order to prepare the property for going back on to the market. Since I don't live in Manchester, I asked Martin&Co to arrange the work.
