Tom was an ex-tenant who unfortunately suffered from leaks into his apartment, which ended up being an insurance claim. Whilst we emphasise with him for his bad experience at the property, we take exception to him leaving us a one star review, when we did everything we could in reasonable timescales to assist him. Sometimes our hands are tied when it comes to making decisions, as we need authority from the Landlord and we end up taking the blame. We even went out of our way to settle Tom’s damage claim from our own monies, just so he wouldn’t have to wait for the Landlord’s BACS run. Clearly ungrateful! We emailed Tom kindly requesting him to remove this review, but if you are reading this, it obviously hasn’t been done yet.
