GoogleDon't bother, they won't show up for the viewing. Traveled all the way from Manchester to view one of their properties. I waited for half an hour, when I called the agency up, they said I wasn't in the system. Now, why on earth would I travel, if I didn't have a viewing! An agent not showing up for a viewing, is already a red flag, and their response just goes to show their poor customer service... All signs, to an unprofessional agency.

GoogleHad appointment to view a property. Agent did not turn up. Contacted agent, they said I could no longer view the property as a financially qualified offer was made. Not accepted by the vendor as vendor was out of country, offer was simply made. Katrina Chinn can be VERY rude on the phone and needs to work on her telephone manner. I'm quick to give credit when its due. For me to leave a negative review, you really have to push my buttons. This is exactly what they have done.

GoogleWe had some poor experience from another local estate agents and asked Farrell Hayworth to intervene. Shaun looked around our property and stated there would be no trouble selling. Being somewhat jaded we took this with some skepticism. However within two weeks we had our property under offer and at a great price. These guys do exactly what there say, straight to the point and excellent at keeping you updated on progress. Highly recommend

GoogleGareth came to value our bungalow and straight away reassured us of the service he could provide. We were not disappointed, we were kept informed of the progress with regular updates from Sophie.....and plenty of contact. They really pushed our bungalow and we had plenty of viewings and sold very quickly. We will definitely use them again. Selling or buying a home is extremely stressful, but was made so much easier by the friendly helpful staff.

GoogleSpoke to someone called Chris Forgot about a appointment asked if I could be there in 10 minutes was rudely spoken to and then hung up on when asking to rearrange..... To be honest not all the staff are like that there but was disappointed

GoogleI met with the office viewer yesterday, a lady called Ann. What a really polite and informative lady. She took the time to answer the questions I had to the best of her ability. I thought I would comment on this as I have viewed several houses recently and simply had a door opened for me and that is it! People like this are so important and yet probably not praised enough.

Shaun who came round to take photos etc made us feel very at ease with the whole process. They managed to sell our property in just a few weeks!!! Amazing!
