We found all aspects of the service provided by Williams Estates, Prestatyn, in the sale of our house to be excellent. From the moment, the owner, Jason, carried out the initial appraisal visit, we knew we’d made the right choice. The Williams estates marketing strategy is the best we’ve seen across north Wales, and their ongoing commitment and effective communications with all parties, to get the sale progressed in a timely manner, were exemplary. We highly recommend Williams estates to all.

Firstly, I am no relation to anyone in the company. I have to say how impressed I am with the service I have received from all the staff at Williams. The staff have been courteous and kind, showing a dedication that goes above and beyond the call of duty. They all deserve tremendous praise.

I would strongly recommend to not rent a house through Williams estate agents. They take the side of the Landlord in all matters even when you are the 'ideal tenant' and pay your rent every month on time. Very slow to respond and follow up on maintenance & repairs. Waited months for a central heating fault to be repaired and was even left without water at the property for 3 days after an outside tap pipe burst. As for when you leave the property, don't expect this agent to act or advise impartially. They completely ignored the clear and obvious evidence that the Landlord was making a baseless claim against the holding deposit and instead pushed the dispute through the arbitration scheme. Thankfully the independent adjudicator found rightly in my favor but it still took 5 months to get my deposit back. Will never use this agent again.

Williams have been fantastic to deal with what proved to be a difficult and stressful purchase. They have bent over backwards and done their absolute best to sort out any problems that really should have been dealt with by Solicitors. Without Williams my purchase would have taken far longer than it actually did.
