I cannot recommend Williams Estate Agents Prestatyn highly enough. From the very first day I contacted them, they have been absolutely amazing. I dealt with Josh, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive throughout what has been a very difficult and important time for me. Due to my personal circumstances, I needed someone who would not only be professional but also genuinely understand and support me, and Josh did exactly that. He guided and helped me every step of the way through both my sale and purchase, and I honestly cannot thank him enough. All of the staff at Williams have also been so friendly, helpful and engaging. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt that they genuinely cared about helping me get through the process. Moving home can be extremely stressful, but having an estate agent you can trust makes such a difference. Ashleigh has been brilliant throughout. Ashleigh communicated really well. I came across a couple of issues with the Sale, one only minor, the property was being used as an air bnb and had bookings but was resolved so quickly, another one involved someone masquerading as my daughter to get access into the property ( this I took up with the Police at my end). This was dealt with so efficiently. Rebecca and Ashleigh communicated really well during this difficult period and put me at ease straight away and re-assured me. The communication was second to none, making sure I was ok. Thank you so much again Ashleigh and pass on my best regards to you and all of your team.

Jackie has been an absolute godsend when it's come to buying our first house. Both solicitors on either side did not help this dreadfully stressful situation. All I needed to do was pick up the phone to Jackie and she sorted it all in no time at all. I got more information from her in a 5 minute phone call than I did from my solicitors in 4 months! Jackie really sped things along for us and the vendors. I don't know where we'd be if she wasn't so willing to help. We cannot thank her enough!

Very highly recommended local estate agent! Williams Estates was recommended to me when I asked a local to recommend estate agents in Prestatyn, as I was selling my late mother's property. I was very unhappy with agents and intermediaries I'd dealt with previously, and who were unprofessional and even rude at times, as mum's house wasn't in good condition or ready for someone to move in and live in. My experience with Williams Estates could not be more different. From the outset, everyone at Willliams was warm and welcoming, and very helpful. I am especially grateful to Josh and his team for their compassion and understanding of the sensitivity of my situation, and for really listening to me about the problems I'd had. They gave me honest and helpful advice at all times. They were very responsive to any questions or clarifications I needed to ask, and proactive in communicating with me also. After we agreed to go ahead with the sale, an appropriate buyer was found and a good price negotiated and agreed very quickly. After dealing with this estate for over two years, I was elated! They continued to be a huge help throughout the long conveyancing process, and definitely had a large positive impact on that and resolving tricky outstanding queries from solicitors. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat, and above other options in their area. I am unlikely to be dealing with property in that area again, but if I ever I did, I would go straight to Williams.

Dealing with Williams Estates when purchasing my property was flawless from start to finish. I was kept informed, the staff regularly chased both Solicitors and Sellers to get responses when things were dragging a little and even helped to make sure the completion date didn't slip. I was always able to reach a member of the team with responses to my questions being answered quickly or forwarded to the relevant parties straight away. All of the team I dealt with were very easy to talk to and happy to explain anything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in this part of North Wales.

My mom sadly passed ... so i trusted Williams to sell her home as I live in Knutsford so didn't have a clue who to use.. anyway they valued the property at £250,000 them said 5 months later reduce so I knock down £30,000 still no joy.. completely useless company.. whatever you do use a more professional company in the area who know how to sell wasted 8 month .. completely useless Robert from Gronant *Response: to Williams estate agents reply As stated in my review . Josh has stated I didn't want certain viewings.. as they were aware id just buried my late mother , and there appointments were when I was dealing with my late mother's estate This estate agents is (by far) (the worst and expensive) BEST THING I DID WAS SACK THEM Since Im now using a professional service & is a lot less commission. as I stated I didn't know any better as not from the area But now I do .. so when reading this review and widlsh for a proper professional estate agents. contact me I will give you a proper professional company which is only 1% cheap commission. I was completely let. Down with ((Williams) whom didn't help when I was in a vulnerable situation losing my mother. Bad company 👎👎👎👎truely stunning horrific experience

From start to finish we were wow’d by Williams estates. From our first interaction with Josh - his professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach secured Williams as our chosen estate agent - and we had tried a few - then came Rebecca - Rebecca came out to the property for photos - took fantastic images that represented the property so well - she was kind and friendly and made the whole process much more comfortable for us. Throughout the process the entire team at Williams kept us informed - they communicated every step and helped to put our minds at ease. With a special mention of Jackie - what a woman!! Jackie got our sale and purchase over the line after a stressful few weeks. I believe her efforts were incremental in securing us our forever home. From contacting them regarding the initial viewing of the property, the lady who I met there was brilliant answering any questions. The lady at the second viewing was also lovely, letting us have a wander round and discuss things etc. Further contacting regarding putting in an offer and the acceptance were so smooth and quick. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing but they were really helpful with everything along the way.
