Unfortunately, I don't live locally but feel I was kept fully informed of the numerous viewings and feedback from potential buyers. Andy Killcross provided marketing advice based on a detailed understanding of the local area, his considered recommendations for proposed improvements have me on the path to best value. Amie and Cathy have been fantastic - keeping me regularly updated with interested parties. They are a well oiled machine, I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be using them again.

GoogleMy elderly mum used these wonderful people to sell her house. They have helped her with every aspect of the sale, patiently and kindly. They have explained legal issues and helped her fill in forms, way beyond anything we have a right to expect. I trust them absolutely to put mum's needs first which has meant alot as I live far away.
