I can't speak highly enough of Amie and Clive Watkin in general. Amie heads up the sales team and she is extremely polite, professional and a real expert in the local property market, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. Brian Davies who heads up the lettings team is also fantastic, supported by Jo, Jane and Sue who are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Brian is extremely responsive, provides first class service and I've never been let down once in over 15 years of doing business with them and don't expect to. Clive Watkin are superb.

This is the first time I have sold and bought a new house and chose Clive Watkin as a friend recommended them as they had bought & sold through them in the past. I haven't been disappointed, they are extremely professional and Cathy has been a star all the way through, along with Ashleigh & Amie. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always on hand to answer the simplest question that you may think is a silly question. Myself and my partner have rented houses all over the country. David Williams acted as our mortgage consultant (we are first time buyers) and has provided an excellent service. We were recommended David by two family members who had both used his services and were pleased with his work. Finding the right home for us was essential with making a big move from Ireland to Liverpool. Thankfully we had the team at Clive Watkins Prenton to help us and with Brian helping by doing a virtual walk through for us we found the perfect home for us. The girls in the office have been just as incredible and nothing is too big a deal for them to help with.
