They kept us informed and liaised with our Solicitor throughout a lengthy Sale process. The lengthy sale was down to the buyer and their seemingly incompetent Solicitor. Special praise for Deborah Royle who did everything she could to help expedite the Sale.
We also purchased our present house via Royles and completed that purchase in 2 weeks.
Highly recommend Royles for both Buying and Selling.

Can assure it's not a case of sour grapes because we didn't get a certain property. We knew our offer would not be accepted, so no disappointment there... I'm sorry that you haven't ever had the opportunity to buy or sell through us Karen, unfortunately the property in question went in to a bidding war and you were given every opportunity to up your bid (which you did) but in the end another applicant offered higher and the final decision is put to the vendor .We do not work for commission we work for our vendor. This property was also a fixed fee sale so there was actually no commission involved. In a market like this one when we have 9 different applicants bidding on one property there is always going to be disappointment .

I was very disappointed with my experience with Royle Estate Agents namely due to dishonesty, lack of transparency and ghosting. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends who are looking to buy or sell.

GoogleAbsolutely awful agents if you just want some information from them. To explain, we bought our current house from them and they were decent, they call you back when asked to, they chase vendors etc, they do what they are meant to do....Then almost a month ago now I called the agent to ask for a new valuation considering the market has changed, plus we have done and are looking to do some work to the property, hence wanted to know what the value might be......Nothing, no calls back, so I rang again 'really sorry we've not come back to you, I'll send her an email and she'll be in contact'. Nothing. I rang again, same apology, she'll be in contact......So clearly they are an agency that are only in it for the cash, even though I was a PREVIOUS CUSTOMER, and obviously if I did look to sell ,I would have most likely gone back to the agents who I knew, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN NOW! So, just remember folks, only in it for the money, customers can obviously come and go.

They went above and beyond to sell my property after being on the market with them just 6 weeks!!
They were extremely helpful and always professional in dealing with my many questions. Due to Covid-19 the staff were unable to conduct the viewings for me so even provided a crash course on how to do this myself.
The staff are a credit to this excellent company and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anybody looking for that estate agent with a personal, professional touch.

GoogleGiving false information that they had sold the very same house to ours after we left their estate agents they kept asking us to drop the price yet they so called sold a house 100,00.00 more than ours this is not showing sold on rightmove yet they had a sold sign on the board and new owners are now at this identical house to ours very deceitful people wouldn't trust them. Now selling another property like ours on our estate the same price. I accept that theses propertys have been updated but 100,00.00 difference is ridiculous cannot understand why they were unable to sell our house something not quite right!!!!

GoogleIn the six months we were searching for houses on the Fylde coast we were disappointed at what we were offered - one house fell through after the seller took it off the market and we were very unhappy at how the estate agent handled it.( we will not name them)
Royle however were the best of the five agents we dealt with and always kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase.
The team are efficient, pleasant to deal with and our purchase was made in the time scale we had agreed.
We would recommend them as a very good estate agent to anyone thinking of buying in this area.
