GooglePositives: they got people through the door and we got a reasonable price for our house with their marketing. Negatives: lack of communication, no next steps information which should be standard practice, switched off - at one stage they didn't even realise I was their client and then said I had spoken to a member of the lettings team. They will sell your house, but they fall down on comms.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleThere are regulations regarding Estate Agents advertising boards. The advertisement must be removed within fourteen days after completion of a sale or the grant of tenancy. Despite this clear regulation Auckland Estates think they can ignore these. Between the Ford garage and where The Bridge pub once stood are no less than five bright yellow boards, only one of them should be there. Despite polite requests they remain.
