GoogleLiars and total scammers when it comes to releasing the deposit. No matter how honest a person is with them , they are like a machine for making false claims to your deposit.

Our records show that a portion of your deposit was used for cleaning costs, based on the property's condition compared to the initial inventory report. This is standard practice to maintain the property for future tenants. We value honesty and transparency and do not create unnecessary claims.

GoogleHaving had for the last few years my property on as a rental I used Auckland Estates - Hazel who looked after rentals was fantastic, always quick to respond back with any queries that needed answering, a brilliant communicator and she got the job done.
