Philip Tweedie and Company (Portstewart) recently undertook the sale of two houses for me. The staff were superb throughout. Both sales were completed with agreed sale prices well beyond my expectations. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Anything I asked for was expeditiously dealt with. The staff were highly professional, very efficient, and above all, very personable. If you need an Estate Agent I could not suggest a better firm.

Very responsive. Great staff. I would recommend. Only issue was property valuation. £199k v sale ££230k. Yes I know u engage interest but £30k above asking price is a lot.

Very underhanded dealings, after having made a verbal agreement with Philip on a property, and having following conversations assuring me that i had the property leading me to handing in my notice with my current property. After two weeks of waiting for the paper work to be sent through, i rang there office and had left a message with the girl who was handling the lease. After another two days of no reply i called into the office, ONLY TO BE NOW TOLD THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN THE PROPERTY TO ANOTHER CLIENT!!!!. They had not even called me for a counter offer or even had the decency to let me know that they had removed the listing this I find very underhand and untrustworthy from what I thought was a reliable company.

They are prepared to sell a house with a boundary dispute. The owner of the property has erected a fence on my land to gain access to a garage at the rear of the property. It's the only house on the estate with a garage. I don't think the property would make the asking price if it wasn't for the fact that the fence is on my land.
