FacebookI have been remting out my property in Portstewart now for several years through Philip Tweedie and company and am delighted with the service I receive. I now work with Matt and he keeps me regularly updated on the condition of my property and how the tenants are doing. If any repairs are needed he quickly gets someone on to it and the problem is solved at a reasonable cost to me. When tenants are moving on he quickly finds me another suitable tenant and manages a smooth exchange. FacebookThey are prepared to sell a house with a boundary dispute. The owner of the property has erected a fence on my land to gain access to a garage at the rear of the property. It's the only house on the estate with a garage. I don't think the property would make the asking price if it wasn't for the fact that the fence is on my land.

Cannot recommend this company enough for advising and looking after all parties interests. This is in my opinion the best estate agent on the North Coast.

FacebookNot happy with daughter being put out of her apartment after 3 months of decorating due to land lord not getting rent on time from DHSS not my daughters fault dont feel she got enough help from this company she has a nine month old baby not a happy parent.
