I viewed a property and I was given false hope and was told that it was pretty much mine to let but then didn't even get a call to say it was let to someone else! I called the man who i viewed the property with a number of times and never had a reply back then when I did manage to speak to him he said he would call me back with an answer and I heard nothing. Very disappointed as all I need was an answer so I could continue with my property search as I needed to quickly find somewhere for my children and i. A simple phone call with an honest answer is alot easier than rudely ignoring someone which results with a bad review.

Very accommodating and friendly. When I first checked the house, I really felt happy as the team welcomed me. They waited for my decision to take the house before giving it to someone else(as I am the first on the list). They were very responsive and even prompted immediately with my queries. Also, my flat is really clean when i arrived. It really looked new and I am very pleased with the entire flat. Another thing is they are very honest with what they are saying When I had some concerns and requests. Job well done!! :)

Alastair at Todd and Hartridge was recommended to me by a friend when I had a problem with a property which prevented it from being rented. The previous agents were unhelpful. Alastair quickly resolved the issue and found new tenants. He was quick, friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend him very highly.

One of the most stressful things you will ever do is sell your house. I approached the estate agents with no small amount of trepidation, being convinced they are some how going to rip me off. But I found Alastair to be proficient and professional, and best of all honest, direct and exceptionally helpful. He was always available to answer and all of my queries, regardless of how convoluted or when they occurred. Having gone from being naturally cautious of salesmen in all their guises I would highly recommend him and his staff, without reservation.
