They have a proactive sales team who do call round and message contacts but it's not always clear which you're going to deal with. You do pay additional for the photos as they outsource which seems a little cheeky.

Abbie Tallack ensured that I didn't lack for any information support that I needed to get my property rented with a great tenant. Being a non resident landlord and very unfamiliar with the landlord rules and regulations in the UK she took her time to explain and went over and beyond to get me pictures of the property beyond the advertising ones, arranged all that would be required to make it lettable. I have no hesitation in recommending Abbie and Cubitt & West for all non resident landlords especially. She was very very helpful and didn't mind to handhold inspite of a barrage of emails I sent her.

Moved in on 21 February 2020 after 5 months move change 3 times had to change my holiday then informed date was altered again 200 pound spent for nothing. D.C. law solicitors never updated us at all even when as requested to without the help of Julie Bramble Senior Progression Manager we would have pulled out of the exchange ,this was a very stressful time and the solicitors attitude made it even worse .Through out Julie Bramble kept us informed encouraged us to patient and we would like to thank her for all her hard work Tony and Maggie Fairbairn
