GoogleHULL GREGSON HULL were a pleasure to deal with on the recent sale of our house. All the staff were very helpful, professional and proactive during a prolonged period due to circumstances beyond our control. Alexis in particular has been a constant presence in the office and with regular telephone contact keeping us updated. It was a great comfort to work with such a professional outfit and we would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleAbsolutely well deserved top score for the friendly, professional, helpful team at Hull Gregson and Hull Portland. I am a first time buyer and was dreading a pressured / pushy approach (as per the stereotype of estate agents), but was very pleasantly surprised by the patient, respectful and personable service I received. From Shay showing us the house and Alexis and Mark answering my (sometimes bordering on neurotic!) questions and requests for help, e.g. arranging for gas and electric safety checks, liaising with the sellers on various matters, they listened to me, helped me feel at ease and really seemed to care. I am very grateful for their help and support with my first home purchase and I know that we will be very happy there. Thank you!
Hello, Thank you so much for your great review! All the best Matt

GoogleI had an outstanding experience purchasing a house through Hull Gregson Hull. Mark, Alexis, and Shay epitomized professionalism and exceptional service throughout the entire process. Their approach was refreshingly non-pushy, and they genuinely prioritized finding the perfect home rather than merely making a sale. Their responsiveness to my queries was impressive; they were always quick to address any concerns or questions I had. Their dedication to understanding my needs and preferences made the entire home-buying journey smooth and enjoyable. I highly commend their professionalism, patience, and commitment to ensuring I found not just a house, but a place I could truly call home. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares and excels in their service, I highly recommend working with the team at Hull Gregson Hull Portland.

GoogleWell although I did not buy through this estate agent in the end , They were excellent. Very helpful and nothing was too much for them. A special mention to Paul who kept us up to date with anything he thought may be of interest to us. Matt is the new kid on the block in their office but has been in the industry a long time and he also was very helpful. I found everyone very approachable and would have no hesitation to use them again if needed . Thank you all. Best regards Phil. H.
