GoogleOwen is the breath of fresh air I think we all need! When I contacted the Agent to call with me to discuss and value our house, I knew I'd chosen the right place!
Owen and his more than lovely wife Dawn, and the ladies at the office, are the most down to earth, pleasurable people to work with!
No hard sell ( none needed, their work speaks for itself ) no this or that, just straight to the matter at hand and Owen gets it sorted.
Our house sold in under 2 weeks.
When we moved home it was that really hot weather, and I'd gone to drop our keys into the office of The Agent and Dawn straight away went to get me some ice pops, I mean, where do you get taken care of like that! 😊
Right through the process Dawn and the girls kept me updated with everything that was going on. We have absolutely no regrets about asking Owen to look after the sale of our house.

We struggled to sell our house for quite a while with a different estate agent. We thought it’s more than just pictures and videos that sell a house and weren’t happy with the quality or service received before so decided to switch.
We needed someone as passionate about selling our house as we were. That’s when we found Owen. He was so friendly, honest and professional when it came to selling our house. We had Owen in on 12th of September, in that day he had his wonderful wife Dawn in to take our video, (also Dawn was on hand to help us with any queries we had about the interior), the photographer came soon after and by the end of the working day our house was on the market again. Owen’s representation and advertising is priceless, and I would highly recommend The Agent for this.
Within 10 days Owen had our house sold. We had every bit of confidence in him and he didn’t disappoint. Even after we sale agreed and we had any questions regarding the process, Owen was just a phone call away and always made us feel welcomed to do so.

GoogleI cannot recommend The Agent highly enough, they sold my house in December 2023 and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. From Owen replying to an email of mine the same day from his foreign holiday obviously because I had sent it out of hours (it wasn't even urgent but I'll never forget how impressed I was) to Hannah's fantastic skills securing the sale to the joy of meeting 'our Rebecca'!! The whole team we dealt with ... Dawn, Nadine, Brian - I feel like I know them all personally they looked after us so well.
We bought our new house through The Agent in April and once again Hannah came up trumps for us!! We were torn between two houses and Hannah arrived at our second viewing armed with all the positives of why we should go for it and we made the offer there and then - 10 minutes later it was Sale Agreed online and we have the home of our dreams (and also dodged a major bullet with the other property).
The best service I have ever received, I tell everyone I know who is selling, you'd be mad to go anywhere else!! Can't thank you all enough, I'd say I'd use you again but I'm never moving!! If I do though, for me, there only is one agent!

He blocks people on Facebook that points out error's in descriptions .
Had a viewing with him and he turned us off the house he was so odd demanding we put a high bid in to secure.
I would encourage everyone to avoid him
He’s currently got a friends house on the market for £175k too high .
