GoogleWe bought a house and sold our house through the Agent this year. We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle everything. With the purchase, viewings were quick and well discussed, the team knew what they were talking about and helped us make a great decision. With our sale, photos & videos were taken same day and uploaded. Not without a bit of drama (sale falling through) over the months after, the communication we had with everyone was brilliant. We were kept well informed, they chased things for us, they were able to liaise with many people for different bits and we have now sold our home and have the most beautiful new home to move into. GoogleMyself and my wife got in touch with the agent about a building site and had some queries a got very little information on it. One main question was there was a building at the front which we where told we could knock by a staff member so when we made the full amount offer but done some background checks to make sure before signing anything and couldn’t knock the building at the front to be the told by another member off staff the girl who told us it could be knocked is only new at the company.The lady who answered most off our calls was extremely rude and talked down to you. Would not recommend at all terrible service and rude staff members will go elsewhere.

At no point were you misled regarding the property. As discussed with you by phone, we have clear voice recordings and documented correspondence that directly contradict the statements made above. GoogleRecently I needed to sell a house for an old resident who had passed on. On looking at local property sales online it was immediately apparent the the most active and dynamic local agent was, er, TheAgent!!” From first getting in touch with Owen it rapidly became apparent that property was his passion. On his initial valuation viewing he just exuded enthusiasm, indeed I would nearly have bought the house from him myself! But more importantly he went through the house ( which was in dire need of some TLC,) and made very informed suggestions as to how, with a limited and targeted investment in improvements, we could make the house a more attractive property to attract a buyer. We followed up on his suggestions and spent a few thousand on improvements and painting etc but, boy, did that wisely spent money make a huge difference. Throughout the whole process Owen kept in touch and advised when it was the best time to launch the property on the market. I must also say that the rest of his team, notably Brian and Hannah, also were fully professional and enthusiastic. We were overwhelmed by the number of viewings we received and how often we received progress updates. There was a general feeling of excitment about the sale which we felt part of and the end result was that our property was sold in about 2 weeks for about 25% more than we had thought it would go for!!!
This was as a result of The Agent ( and team) knowing what they were doing and us taking their advice and working closely with them throughout the process.
I would have no hesitation in fully recommending “ The Agent” and , of course, as you know, there is only one!!!

I'm a first time buyer and my situation was that we matched the offer with another couple on the house. This was accepted by the agent at the time and no advise was given that this is a no-go. Found that there was little communication at a critical moment of the purchase of house, especially when my agent was on the annual leave. During my holidays, I received a call to say that the decision was made - we didn't get a house. Since I was in suburb area I couldn't pick up a reason why. So I followed up with the email. Dawn was rude from the get go. He claimed about the phone call that I don't remember even having and saying that the agency told me about the matching offers being a bad decision and that I said no to bringing the offer up. I had a previous email convo with my agent where it clearly proved that there was no advise or communication such coming from the agency. Especially when I sent follow up emails nearly every 2 days to ask on the progress. How can you even trust the agency's work after this?

Said that they had phoned mu husband and left a voicemail they didnt…. And that the house was sold to first time buyers (by the way we are first time buyers). Wasnt originally going to leave a review until we seen the same house up for rent 2 weeks later. So clearly we were lied to and it was sold to a landlord. Absolutely disgusting service would not recomend. Really unsure about dealing worh them in the future. Very disappointing.
