GoogleChased four times on a property for a viewing . They finally came back after over a week ( despite being told someone would phone us back each time) to day they could only do the following day with limited availability as vendor was keen to wrap up....this could have been wrapped up over a week ago if we had of had a follow up. Vendor missed out on cash buyer with no chain due to JC not coming back.
Hi Shelley, It was unfortunate that we could not gain access to the property you enquired about due to allocated slots the owner gave us for viewings not suiting you. Unfortunately we have to work around vendors, many who are working from home to gain access to their homes for viewings. We fully understand that the times that were offered were not suitable to you which is unfortunate. We do keep a note of calls made so can confirm that we reached out on a number of occassions on the number provided. The vendor is aware that clients would like to view but they have advised that they are happy with the offer level and are keen to get the sale tied up. We can only apologise for viewing times not suiting you but this is outside of our control.

GoogleWe had been trying to sell our first home with another local estate agent for more than a year. During that time we had less than 10 viewers in total. We decided to contact Joyce Clarke after seeing their extremely professional photography in all of their listings. Initially we thought this level of professionalism would mean the service would cost the earth but in fact they are extremely competitive. Libby initially came out to value our home and gave us so much advice. Libby has a real passion for her job that's rare to find these days. We did all that Libby asked and the property was listed shortly after. Within the first 2 weeks of listing we had more than 10 viewers and our house was sale agreed within 3 weeks of listing with Joyce Clarke. Our house was actually originally purchased through them, and we were so impressed with the service then, we knew there was only one team for the job when it was time to sell it. From the beginning of the process they have been professional, insightful and friendly. From Libby going out of her way to get initial consultation that suited us, to John, Colin and Joanna keeping us constantly up to date with sales updates, feedback and getting viewers booked in. They really are a fantastic team - and the number of Joyce Clarke boards flying up around the country is a testament to that. Our entire sales process was done within a few days, but even throughout the legal process, John constantly kept in touch and kept us updated. GoogleVery nice people but i bought a property where the oil boiler was so dangerous that had i used it i could have had foundations flooded with oil, i just think they hadnt done due diligence with the vendor.
Hi Ruth, it is unfortunate that there appears to have been an issue with your boiler. Matters such as these are covered by your survey and not by ourselves. We do not test any appliance in a property as stated in our sales particulars. You did not make us aware of any issue with the boiler in order for us to contact the vendor so I feel a one star review is unjustified. I hope that all is now working well and that you are enjoying your new home

GoogleUnfortunately I wouldn't recommend Joyce Clarke. If they concentrated on interested buyers, as opposed to talking a good talk on social. With a lack of communication and unnecessary treatment from senior management, I certainly won't be trusting them with one of the largest purchases of my life. Seems like you have to be a certain clientele and I just didnt fit.
