5 stars simply isn’t enough!

As first time buyers we really didn’t know where to start in terms of how best to position ourselves when buying our home. Libby at Joyce Clarke steered us through every step of the process recommending that we researched the best mortgage deals and we then knew exactly what we could afford and were taken seriously by sellers. We had previously been looking and on some occasions were out bid on houses, but remained positive that we would find our dream home. We were alerted to a new listing by the Joyce Clarke property match service which meant we knew about it the second it went onto the market. We arranged a viewing promptly and am delighted to say our offer was accepted. We then weren’t sure what happens next, but we were kept updated at every stage and prompted if we needed to take action to ensure we met our completion date. We move in today (yes Friday the 13th!) and couldn’t be happier. We can’t recommend Joyce Clarke highly enough, if we could give them 10 stars we would!!

The team at Joyce Clarke have been invaluable when selling and purchasing a home.
