Hannath Portadown reviews

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when we found the perfect rental property with Hannath. After being in touch with lots of other rental agents which caused lots of stress due to lack of communication, working with Ryan was an absolute dream. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and application process - he made it all so smooth and stress free for us. Ryan kept in contact throughout the whole process and our application was accepted and we were in to our new home just over a week later! Ryan is a real asset to Hannath and a such genuinely nice, down to earth guy. We are both so thankful for all his help and loving our new home. Emma&Jonny

My wife & I sold our home via Hannath in which we dealt with Jamie. Jamie is a gentleman who I found extremely approachable, responsive & professional throughout the E2E of the sale. Nothing was ever too much bother. Our house was listed and sold in a fortnight (with Christmas & New years in between). Without a doubt a valuable asset to Hannath Estate Agents! Thank you Jamie!

Hannath came in with a competitive professional fee undercutting other estate agencies. Jamie was assigned to sell my house. He assured me he would get the asking price and he delivered. Communication was effective during what proved to be a tricky sale to get over the line. I would recommend.

Moving home is said to be one of the most stressful experiences but if you get a good estate agent this can be greatly reduced. We were fortunate in getting Gareth Rees who was so helpful and efficient in all his dealings with us. He had our house sold in a couple of days. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process of selling and buying our new home. Hanneth should be very proud of him as the face of the organisation. Colin & Marilyn

We recently bought our first home through Hannath and couldn’t recommend them enough! We mainly dealt with Ciaran and Jamie and they were first class, nothing was ever too much for them and they made the process very easy and straight forward which we really appreciated as first time buyers. Thanks so much to Ciaran, Jamie and the wider team at hannath for helping us buy our first home.

We recently completed our family house sale through Gareth in Hannath who was good to communicate with and made the overall experience much easier. Always warm and professional, following up when he said he would and keeping us updated on the whole process through out, advising us with anything we weren't sure about which we so appreciated! Would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Terrific service from Gareth Rees and the whole Hannath team throughout. Saying goodbye to our family home of 60+years was challenging both practically and emotionally. We received plenty of encouragement (and patience!) throughout - and we were very happy with the journey.

I am not in the habit of writing online reviews, good or bad. Not that I haven’t had reason to, in my more than three decades on this earth, I have dealt with people and companies at every level of competence and ethical behavior, from genuine heroes to junkyard dogs. Lately, for whatever reason, I seem to be running into more of the latter… a lot more… which makes those occasions when I have a positive experience all the more impressive. Such is the case with Mrs, Melissa Lepore i had an amazing experience after investing $1000 she help me trade and earn me $10,300 within a week and her team, i strongly recommend Mrs Melissa Lepore for an effective trading experience contact her and thank me afterward. I dont usually leave feedbacks. I had to, as it was a pleasure working with Gareth & Claire when I went to view a house. The're an absolute & must have team duo in any firm. Unfortunately I didn't proceed to make an offer on the house due to minor requirements on my part. But Claire kept on with her follow-ups to see how I was getting on with my house searches. You're super, super awesome Claire. Thank you so much. Claire.

Ryan Reavie helped me so much to relocate and find a perfect property for me which suited me and my landlord. He took a personal approach to helping me, after not securing other properties with Hannath, unlike every other estate agent i was dealing with at the time, and I thoroughly believe without his help I’d still be looking and unable to start working in NI. Once he secured me a property, on move in day he spent as much as time as I needed to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease in my new surroundings. Thank you so much Ryan you’ve been a massive help to me so this review is the least I can to recommend you and Hannath Estate Agents 👍🏻
