I have recently just used Hannath for the sale of a property. Having also using their rental service in the past I have always knew they were one of the best estate agents about. It was first class from start to finish. Got a great sale price and exceeded all my expectations. Great communication throughout which was exactly what I needed as this is my first time selling a property and was unsure of the process. My fiancé and I got in touch with Hannath estate agents whilst in the process of finding our first home to privately rent. From the beginning, we dealt with Ryan. As we applied for a number of properties, Ryan was absolutely fantastic when giving us advice and support, and was always completely transparent! Ryan was able to give us constructive feedback if at any stage our application was unsuccessful, which was very much appreciated and extremely helpful to us! During this time, we also had been working with other estate agents within the area, however, in our opinion, Hannath was the top of the list for any property needs! Ryan and the Hannath team, are extremely professional and very attentive to all their clients/applicants and ensure no one is overlooked! Although we didn't find our first home through Hannath, we did secure a property through an independent landlord. I got in touch with Ryan just to give him an update on our current situation. We totally understood that the current market is highly competitive right now, but Ryan had always been trying his very best to help us on our journey. For future, if we are in any need to search for a home or want to get on the property ladder officially, our very first stop will always be with Hannath! Highly recommended!! Amazing! Efficient! Friendly and professional. We are sale agreed and so excited to begin our journey looking for our new home special thanks to Adam we can't recommend him enough! He kept us updated after each viewing and told it to us straight. He has listened to and taken on board our reasons for selling and moving from day 1 and kept these in mind all the way through. It's heart wrenching business buying and selling houses but Hannath have been excellent and taken the stress from our shoulders onto theirs. Overall, our experience with Jamie and Hannath was good. Communication was strong, and they were always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Christine (who should get 5 stars) was excellent during the viewings and kept us informed at every stage. The only disappointment was that our request not to reuse any of the listing photos from the house sale for the rental listing was not adhered to, despite this being discussed on multiple occasions.

We used Hannath for both our sale and purchase and couldn't have been treated any better. The sale was a challenging process but we were looked after extremely well by Jamie. He kept us updated throughout and his advice was first class throughout the whole process. Such a nice level headed fella. Christine also helped out at the start of the process and her experience was top notch. Both agents efforts helped to get the sale across the line. A special mention to Lynn on the front desk. She was ace and helped assist with the sales process and kept us sane on some challenging days. Want to give a big shout out and say thanks to Hannath for their help, advice and support with the new house purchase! There were some lows and many highs throughout the whole experience especially with the current COVID19 situation and Hannath were there to support us as much as possible at every opportunity. I have been really impressed with Ryan Reavie during my recent relocation from London back home to Ireland. Being an Estate Agent myself working for one of the top agencies in London, I have incredibly high standards for Customer Service and Ryan met those, above and beyond, compared to most other local agents I dealt with, who really disappointed me with their lack of communication or even interest in my search!
