GoogleI have recently had dealings with Ryan in the Lettings department at Hannath. I was very impressed by his customer friendly yet very professional demeanor. He explained conditions carefully and clearly and nothing was too much trouble. Along with his pleasant manner and professional work attitude he is clearly an asset to the Hannath team and I look forward to his pleasant, professional attitude in any future dealings with him.

Buying a house can be complicated especially for a first time buyer, but Hannath made things extremely straightforward right from selecting a house to the handing of the keys. The Hannath staff were prompt, clear and patiently answered even the smallest of doubts. Hannath were exceptionally accommodating to our needs and were fully committed towards closing the sale in a timely and smooth manner. Couldn't have asked for anything more - thank you for giving us our lovely first home!

GoogleThey give fake informations about the properties!!! I bought a house recently , had a water leak and the heating boiler was not working!!!! When I complained they told me "it's your house now...not our responsibility"!!!!!
Good afternoon Christos, We have looked into this situation and can see that Claire has made several attempts to speak with you regarding this matter. We spoke with the previous owner of the property, and they have confirmed that there were no known issues with plumbing or heating up to the time of completion a few weeks ago. We can understand your frustration however, unfortunately, as this house was a resale and not a new build home, there is no warranty that comes along with it, but we are able to provide you with some details that may help if you would like to get back in contact with Claire.

GoogleOn 13 September 2020 I asked Hannath to sell a house. They viewed it, said it was very nice, valued it at £35 - 45,000 and said it would sell very quickly After 3 weeks, as I had not heard from them, I rang their office to find that they had not listed or advertised the house. They apologised and promised they would market it robustly. It was listed on 6th October. Whenever I rang it became clear that the office was dysfunctional. The only person I was able to speak to was a young receptionist who told me there was no one in the office when clearly there was. By mid February I became very worried, rang the office and after insisting that I speak to the person handling my account she came to the phone and said 'I hold my hands up I have not marketed your house properly'. By this time my tenant said he would move out which would leave me with an empty house and no rental income. I had no choice but to take the house off the market. and provide my tenant with a new, 12 month tenancy agreement. I received emails from two other members of Hannath staff expressing their apologies. One message from a director said he would refund the £96 I had paid for advertising and, as a gesture of good will and apology, would top it up to £200. I received a letter asking me to sign a legally binding document not to disclose in any way my experience with Hannath. I refused to sign the document and a few days latter received a letter and cheque for £200. I am a pensioner and needed to sell the house to pay to help my daughter who is in financial difficulties. I had to take out two personal loans. I an so distressed and untill now have not been able to write about itNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It was like hen's teeth when it came to placement opportunities in real estate last year due to Covid. I sent off my CV to many local estate agencies to try and create my own luck and to find work, it all led me to a dead end and rejections. The only response was Hannath who gave me an opportunity. I was so relieved and will always be thankful when I got the call to call in for a chat. I quickly realised that this is an environment that you can prosper in. The people that work here truly care, not only about their clients but also training and development of their team. In the last ten months I have seen employees promoted, pass exams and earn qualifications. It’s a fun environment to be around as well as really busy. I was inexperienced in an office environment and probably made a few mistakes at the beginning, but it’s only a mistake if you don’t learn from it, I was reminded! The transition was a challenge, there was so much to learn across the four departments in Hannath, sales, lettings, commercial and professional services. The amount of patience that each member from Hannath showed me was amazing. It was engrained into me in everything I did - “exceed client’s expectations”. I like to think I have grown so much since my arrival 10 months ago and I hope to have a career in estate agency, hopefully with Hannath. I am proud to be associated with the number one estate agents in the area and whatever happens in the future I will always look back on 20/21 with a lot of pride and thanks for the opportunity.PositiveQuality
