5 star service by Hannath estate agents both as a property management company looking after my house and as an estate agent ensuring the sale went through ok. I primarily dealt with Jamie who was a pleasure to deal with, always kept me up to date and made a serious effort to get the sale across the line. As a property management company, they looked after my property well, organised trades people when required n sorted all the financial payments along with supplying a monthly statement. I would absolutely recommend Hannath to any landlords or anyone selling their property

Gareth was excellent to work with, he made the process of selling our house so easy and he helped take the stress out of the situation. From putting our house on the market, getting offers and going sale agreed to final completion Gareth helped us the whole way. When we ran into some issues with property maps, Gareth was there and helped us get a resolution. Shout out also to Christine who conducted the viewings and was brilliant! Gareth and Christine were super responsive to my questions and queries in the sales process, offering good advice and information along the way, including after when I had other queries. They did a lovely job with the marketing, and set up online for the property for viewings, and worked away to get the sale without me having to do anything. Sometimes finding the right buyer is challenging, and Gareth was helpful at every step to keep moving forward to sell the house. I would recommend!

We contacted Hannath re the selling of our house after a very unsuccessful listing with another agency. We found Claire Coulter and her team more than professional in regards of the selling of our property. We had a price in mind which we wanted for the property which other agents had said was not obtainable however Hannath accepted the challenge. We were kept informed of progress and viewings throughout the sales process and were very impressed by Claire and her team and of the way they marketed our property. I am delighted to say they achieved the asking price for the house after a very short time on the market. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Hannath for their professionalism and diligence and putting the customers need first.

Hannath Estate Agents were nothing short of excellent in the way they handled the sale of my partners home in Craigavon, she had an awful experience with an 'Agent' at another company, tother point that she asked me to work with Jamie. Jamie gets a 10.out of ten, he kept us abreast of what was going.on with the sale, the camera walk through was the best I have ever seen and he was a fountain of knowledge with tips and knowledge of who could help us out with repairs etc. Finally, if Jamie was unavailable the rest of the staff picked up the slack, they got the sale over the line and she and I both are delighted at the way she was treated, I highly recommended Jamie and Hannath, they were flawless. Have dealt with Hannath for a number of years as the property I have just sold was rented out through them from 2011. When we decided to sell, Adam from the sales team attend the property and advised us what we should do to give the property the right appeal although the property had been completely refurbished to a high standard but it is the little touches which we had not though about where, Adam's experience helped us out greatly. The small works where completed and the house advertised. Within a week the house had sold with an increase in the asking price of 10%. We would just like to express our thanks to Adam for the very professional way he handled everything with nothing being to much trouble for him. Would very highly recommend.

From our very first phonecall to Hannath Estate agents, purely to make a general enquiry about the new development and our interest in down sizing; we experienced highly professional, very down to earth and immediate facilitation of all the preliminary information we needed at the point of contact . Alistair was our first contact, .....journeying with us and enabled us to be informed and supported in the purchase of our new home. We received regular , honest updates as needed re the progression of the development..to enable us to have a time line in our own house sale and transition into the new build. It was clear to us that he was in regular contact with the builder throughout the whole process from beginning to end . At any point we felt assured that we could contact Alister with any questions / concerns. Always returned calls if he wasn't available at the time.
