Ryan Reavie helped me so much to relocate and find a perfect property for me which suited me and my landlord. He took a personal approach to helping me, after not securing other properties with Hannath, unlike every other estate agent i was dealing with at the time, and I thoroughly believe without his help I’d still be looking and unable to start working in NI. Once he secured me a property, on move in day he spent as much as time as I needed to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease in my new surroundings. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when we found the perfect rental property with Hannath. After being in touch with lots of other rental agents which caused lots of stress due to lack of communication, working with Ryan was an absolute dream. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and application process - he made it all so smooth and stress free for us. Ryan kept in contact throughout the whole process and our application was accepted and we were in to our new home just over a week later! I have been really impressed with Ryan Reavie during my recent relocation from London back home to Ireland. Being an Estate Agent myself working for one of the top agencies in London, I have incredibly high standards for Customer Service and Ryan met those, above and beyond, compared to most other local agents I dealt with, who really disappointed me with their lack of communication or even interest in my search!
