I cannot recommend Lloyds Property Group highly enough! Julia Arden - Director, helped us buy our property in Westbourne in a truly arduous market, throughout a fraught 10 month journey with two chain breakdowns. Julia was always calm and collected, professional but also kind and caring and that helped us get through the tough times. She actually went above & beyond the average agent many times to help us communicate with our Seller, giving us the best chance to keep our property on board. Lloyds are a throughly professional and capable agency with a friendly manner who will explain every step of any item you wish to understand. I feel totally happy to recommend their services to anyone wanting a dedicated, respected Estate Agency for both sales and purchases.

We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

We recently completed the purchase of our dream home through Lloyds, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Julia was just brilliant throughout. She was one step ahead throughout the process, forthcoming with updates on my purchase, and always asked the right questions to keep on top of my sale (not through Lloyds), so that she could keep the relationship and process between myself and my vendors transparent and up to date, which I feel is an incredibly important, yet more often that not, an overlooked part of the process where many agents fall flat. My solicitor also commented that Julia was the best agent he'd dealt with to date, and that she was extremely pivotal in keeping (at times, tricky) relationships in the chain healthy, whilst respecting the role and boundaries of the conveyancer. I would not hesitate to use and to recommend Lloyds for my future property needs.

My wife chose LPG and she hit on a winner. From the listing, managed by Elliot, to Completion, we experienced outstanding service. LPG achieved a relatively quick "Sale Agreed". However, we were in a chain of 6 or 7 and the progress to Exchange and then Completion was quite arduous. In this, we were greatly assisted by Julia Arden of LPG. She was absolutely tireless and on the ball, relentlessly going up and down the chain chasing responses and urging action on the dilatory ones. I cannot imagine anyone being able to improve on her performance. Despite many frustrations, her professionalism shone through. A tower of strength. I can unequivocally recommend LPG.

What can we say… exceptional service from start to finish. House selling/buying always has its elements of stress, but thanks to Lloyds who managed both our sale and purchase, it was as smooth and as efficient as possible! Whether recommending solicitors, removals, or even finding multiple options for buying our property, they were trustworthy, effective, and empathetic to our needs. The personal touch of our estate agent, Julia was excellent. Communication and pre-moving visits to the property were never an issue and Julia was pleased to accommodate - thank you. Lloyds review From the day we first spotted the property we really wanted online, the whole team at Lloyds has been consistently efficient and helpful. Special mention goes to Nicholas Carter who oversaw our purchase and sale. Wise advice on our sale price enabled us to find a buyer quickly and so secure our new home. Nicholas was sensitive to the life situations of the different parts of the chain and calmed our nerves when we were worried about achieving completion within the necessary time frame. He chased up slow responders, helped us adjust our expectations as necessary and generally steadied the ship until we reached completion so we would highly recommend Lloyds.

2024 proved to be a very difficult year to be moving house and our particular sale and purchase was on and off four times for various reasons. From April to actual completion on 29 October Julia stuck with it and kept us and our solicitors well advised of the current situation providing timely advice, we had the feeling that we were her only client, which we weren't but it was comforting in a very fraught time.
