My biggest advice when it comes to picking an estate agent is do your research. There are plenty about and I’m sure they can all sell houses but it’s the transition between accepting an offer to exchange where these guys excel. They are honest, realistic and genuinely a pleasure to deal with which in that industry is not always the case. They communicate and keep you up to date through the entire process and quite honestly are the best at what they do. Thanks to all of you and keep up the good work!
