Thank you so much to Lee and Sophie at the accommodation bureau who truly changed our lives. We were living in a home with mold and a landlord that completely ignored us, even leaving a window unrepaired throughout the entire winter. And we have a baby! Lee and Sophie helped us find a perfect new home here at the Treveth Tolgus site and we truly feel so thankful and lucky. They made the entire process super clear, straightforward and simple. Truly I hope they know how much they've changed our lives as we just love our new home. The welcome pack was also very thoughtful, and full of discounts and treats that we will actually use! Having had experience with various letting agencies over the years there is no comparison when it comes to The Accommodation Bureau. They far outstrip any others. Lee was friendly and so helpful from our first viewing. He made letting our dream house possible when it wouldn't have been with any other agency. Very thorough in their inspections, every 6 months and they listen and respond to things that need to be sorted. Far better than Goundrys who are such a big name, but nowhere near the same efficiency or personal touch as The Accommodation Bureau. Even when we had moved out and needed a reference a year later for a Mortgage, Lee obliged and sent one very quickly. I really cannot fault them and have highly recommend them to anyone who will listen. Outstanding! Thank you Lee and team.

I have been with accommodation bureau for 6 years..From day one the team were great..Many thanks to Lee who really helped me at the very start to the very end of my tenancy..I didn't know Sophie for very long but she was always helpful on the phone and friendly.It was nice to put a face with a name at the end of my tenancy. Accommodation bureau are very friendly and always help with any problems..Their hands are very much tied when it comes to repairs etc and horrific rent increases, as the landlord/landlady has the ultimate decision in that.I do feel that when you pay rent and also all the rent increases without fail every month ,keep the house clean and tidy and respect the house you are living in,knowing that it isnt yours,the landlord needs to recognise this and be more accommadating to repairs etc that need to be done.. When you have your inspections to check property and any problems,you are still saying the same problems 5 years down the line its a little hard to take when you have substantial rent increases every year. I would certainly recommend Accommodation Bureau as a letting agent to anybody.. The team were great..once again thank you for all your help over the last 6 years

My experience with The Accommodation Bureau has been very negative. In my opinion, they do not take the necessary precautions when selecting tenants, which has resulted in difficult living situations and aggressive behaviour from some individuals. I find their approach negligent and irresponsible, and the agency should act with more care and oversight in such cases.

After being unexpectedly, and without fault of my own, given notice on my home of over 10 years, i was quite worried about the prospect of finding alternative accommodation for myself, my children and my dogs, especially in today's housing crisis! Throughout the process of finding a new home, and the always stressful task of actually moving, i found that the team at Pool were incredible. I mainly dealt with Adele and Lee, and they were always so kind and patient. Especially with my constant emails! They really looked after us and without their help and support i really don't know how i would have gotten through it! The only thing I felt could have been better was how our recommendations for the next tenants were handled. We had friends who were interested in the property after we left, but when they contacted you, they were informed about long procedures.
