GoogleHad Kwiklet at two different properties over 2 years at uni, and both times were great! Accommodating, friendly and very quick to help and solve any issues that may occur. A fantastic family business, and I'm sad to say goodbye after finishing uni!

GoogleExtremely helpful, asked for a house and they got me a house within a week and sorted everything out. Any Maintenance issues have always been sorted out very quick. Definitely do recommend using Kwiklet!

GoogleGot a student house with a few classmates from here over the past year during the Covid-19 pandemic. The landlords were extremely helpful and respectful towards myself and my housemates, any problems that occurred they would come and fix immediately. They helped us find a nice and affordable place that was within our budget, and even assisted us with looking for a place when we moved out. GoogleGreat people to rent from, fixed the few problems we had ASAP and we’re really friendly and accommodating. They let us live peacefully in the house and gave us plenty of warning if people needed to visit or enter the house during our tenancy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

GoogleReally good letting agent especially for Students. Helped us get a house fairly quickly, and always helped up with issues we had regarding the property. We all built a good relationship with the letting agent (Kourosh) which made our stay of 2 years in the house more enjoyable as he is very approachable, friendly and professional. Would recommend to students going into their second year especially.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking company sp unprofessional. Cancelled viewing twice. Was told dog shouldn't be a problem, to then be told dogs are not allowed. Extremely rude customer service and went on to block my number for simply asking them to contact the landlady to see if she would accept with a high bond!!!! Wouldn't even try. Shocking!!

GoogleI had the pleasure of being a tenant at one of their properties on Llantwit Road in Pontypridd for over a year. Throughout my stay, I encountered a few issues with the boilers and electricity, but the landlord was always prompt in taking action to resolve the problems. Their proactive approach and willingness to help made my experience as a tenant a great one.
