The Agent turned up at the property almost half hour late, walked past everyone waiting, not a word, leave alone an apology. We had be calling the office for 20+ minutes, but, like the other viewers also said, nobody ever picks up. Property was what can only be described as rancid, I don’t know how they have the nerve to show it. Zero customer service, the Agent was rude, at best, and the property was nothing at all like the pictures. I’m taking this further with the local authority. A business like this needs to be looked in to at the very least.

If you are a student and think to let from Kwiklet, do it! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Spent around 2 years letting property with friends from university. Anything that we reported was quickly fixed, property was in a great shape, if any appliance needed to be changed it was done swiftly and as soon as possible from the date it was reported. Khourush was an amazing person to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests even if they were really silly or he was short on time. Can't recommend them enough. As an international student it was the best experience I had with a letting company!

The best landlord in Treforest. Lovely family run business, if I ever had any issues or questions they were very friendly, accessible and always sorted issues out as quickly as possible! Great landlord very trustworthy! gave us so many new kitchen appliances when asked. Always very flexible about certain tenants needing to stay over summer. Always very friendly and understanding of rent payments sometimes needed to paid a little later (to coincide with student finance payments). Gave us our full deposit back despite 2 years of good ware on the house. Always responded to communications in timely manner despite being out of office hours at times. Very highly recommend!!

Was with this agency for two years whilst studying at the University. Would highly recommend kwiklet property for students as they are very supportive when looking for a house to stay in. Lived in the house for two years with my friends and (kourosh) was very helpful and professional towards my housemates and I. We built a good relationship with him not only because he was always able to help us with any issues that we may have had in terms of the property but mostly because he is very approachable and treated us like adults rather than a bunch of university students.
