From the outside, both Gareth and Natalie (as well as others) handled the sale of my house with such professionalism.
Great to work with, listed quickly and concluded a sale shortly after. With questions from the buyers and several parties involved, they managed the sale so well.
On hand for questions (as a first time seller) - they were fantastic in their approach and in getting things done. I had initially looked at an online only agent - but glad I made the decision to work with an experienced team - saved hours of extra work and expense.
Highly recommended, would most definitely work with them again in future.

Having not sold a property for over forty years when I decided to sell my home a friend advised me to use Cheshire & Co. I asked a total of 3 agents to value my property and Cheshire & Co were the most honest and professional. The details and photos were superb and they found me a buyer in no time and then guided me through the whole process from recommending a solicitor for me to a surveyor for my new home. All the way through the communication was great and NOTHING was too much trouble for Gareth & his superb team. Cheshire & Co are highly a professional company who really cared about me . We were recommended to use Cheshire & Co by a friend who had sold with them previously. We had a few valuations from a few agents but were immediately impressed by the way Mr Cheshire asked about us and our plans for the future and why we were considering moving. Some of the other agents simply told us how big they were and how many houses they had sold last month.
