100% would not recommend due to the experience we received from Lynne during our house purchase. She clearly could do with ALOT of customer service training. She is beyond abrupt lacks empathy in every conversation we have had with her and the end was when she proceeded to yell down the phone at me merely for requesting she contact the sellers who withheld a set of house keys AFTER completion. The only person we were able to get a coherent answer from was Sylvia.

Very fast sale, only engaged with Goodfellows at the end of March to start the auction process and the sale was completed by the end of may! Hold onto your hats and get ready for a rollercoaster ride, it happens much quicker than you think it will. Great to have it all done so quickly. Nice, loverly people to work with. Would recommend highly.
