FacebookFabulous service throughout. From viewing a property we were looking to buy as an investment, the purchase of that property & then marketing it to let. GoogleAs a landlord that lets my property through Martin & Co I can't rate them highly enough. They are thorough, efficient and fair. If tenants call with queries or to report issues they inform me immediately and go out of their way to help with anything that needs doing. Would highly recommend to both landlords and tenants

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are disappointed to have been awarded a one star rating and have discussed this with the staff. I can confirm we tried to contact you on the day of the appointment by various means, phone, text and email, and our last message was a voicemail late in the afternoon saying that as we had not been able to confirm the appointment with you, unless we hear back we would not be able to attend the viewing. Your only contact with us on that day came after our office in Pontefract had closed and you spoke to our out of hours receptionist to say no-one had turned up to the appointment. Had you replied to our earlier messages we would have been there. I’m sorry that you missed out, we did give you the opportunity to rearrange the viewing when exchanging emails the following morning.
