Highly recommended! This was my first let and the Martins team in Pontefract made it stress free. Importantly, their communication is excellent - you always know what's happening and what you need to do etc. Carlsberg don't do estate agents but...... Update: Just sold my property through Martins......and my view remains unchanged! Fabulous team and service who make these stressful events less so. Recommendation stands!

Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

I used Martin & Co in Pontefract 18 months ago to find tenants for my rental property. I was pleased with the service i received and as a result i am currently employing them to find my next tenants. I have found Michelle a very professional yet friendly person to deal with. She has acted very quickly to find suitable tenants & she is very thorough with both the process & paperwork. I have had good communication from the office & fair advice even if it is about something outside the remit of the service offered. I have been letting properties for 10+ years and have used a number of "letting Agents" over time. What an immense surprise and breath of fresh air on meeting Michelle and her fantastic team.
