I had a really great experience with this agency while buying my house and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They went above and beyond when it came to arranging viewings and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Luke was absolutely amazing. He asked the right questions and carefully selected several properties for me to view that genuinely suited my needs, especially taking into account things like having dogs. Every viewing felt well thought out rather than rushed or generic. He was also incredibly helpful in answering all the questions I had and explaining everything clearly throughout the process. Everyone at the agency was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I had viewed quite a few houses with other agencies before, and the level of customer service here was noticeably better, honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property. The whole experience felt supportive, professional, and genuinely client-focused.

We had multiple issues on selling due to difficult solicitors with the buyers but Rachel dealt with everything for us and did her best with dealing with everything. She was brilliant. Rachel from the Pontardawe branch has been so so helpful to my partner and me whilst searching for our home in Wales. I recently sold my house and bought a property with the Pontardawe Branch so I have seen both sides of the process ......selling my house went smooth but alas buying a property in need of a major refurb took a bit of work due to one of the sellers living overseas and with all the time difference and bad phone lines alot of communication issues , but I have to say the professional standards of the office was superb and kept me informed throughout the difficulties and thus securing my home . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but special mention to Kayley who was excellent above and beyond what I would expect . So thanks again girls and Rhys and I shall see you all again soon when I'll be buying.
