Katie was brilliant at finding me the right mortgage and she explained everything so clearly which was super helpful for a first timer! On behalf of myself and my family, I can't thank the Fulfords Plymstock team of Emma, Nesha and Faye enough for everything they did during such a difficult time for us. All of the advice they gave us was based on an excellent knowledge of the property market, and it helped us to achieve the best price that we could for our late parent's property. They were all helpful, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were happy to discuss any queries that we had, and always made time for us when we dropped in to the office. This was a very stressful and emotional time for us, and Emma and the team always conducted themselves in a friendly and approachable manner, making a difficult situation much easier. Many thanks for everything you did for us. This is the last time I use Fulfords Estate Agents. Really disappointing service. Fulfords sold my property but honestly not sure what they did for me! Communication was terrible and when I asked for my regular updates was basically told no they couldn’t do that! This resulted in both ends of the chain reaching out to me to try and sort the problems ourselves. I was given a move date only to be told the Monday before that the sale was about to fall through! The whole process from start to finish was a complete rollercoaster and I had absolutely no support from Fulfords. The other estate agent involved who sold me my property was fantastic and they were the first people I heard from when I exchanged and completed and they were so happy for me, even got me a fantastic bottle of Prosecco! Fulfords were all about the sale. You need to work on your customer service and maybe rethink your head of sales. Thanks for a very stressful process. Don’t worry you weren’t entirely to blame, Conveyancing Direct did a good part in making the process as hard as possible. So thanks for a poor service.

Very disappointed with the service we had from Fulfords Plymstock! There was a lack of communication from the start and only had 3 viewings but did get 2 good offers resulting in what we were told a sale on our property only for the buyers to come back 3 weeks later with a revised offer which we declined due to already having an agreed price. There was no communication after that for weeks so we wrote to terminate our contract with them which again we had no acknowledgement of but property instantly removed off line

Our family dealt with Emma Broad and team at Fulfords, Plymstock and had a sale agreed on our late mother's property while awaiting probate to go through. This was a very emotional time and Emma and the team were very friendly, helpful and kept us up to date from start to finish through what was a very emotional time. She recommended an online solicitor to deal with the mortgage (I really regret going with this option now) I highly recommend everyone not going with this option. You should go with a solicitor that is local to you and someone you can visit in person.

Kerry made the initial contact with us, coming out to value the house and go through the process with us. She got the valuation spot on and put us at our ease. Throughout the process Kerry has kept in touch and advised us when we have been unsure what to do next. Kerry, Kat and Leah work together as a very effective team so it doesn't matter who you get to speak to, they always know about your situation. We had 8 or 9 viewings before we even got the house properly on the market and that was down to Kerry contacting potential interested parties. We sold quickly because of the team's hard work.

From making the decision to sell through Fulfords and placing the property on the market with a SOLD sign took less than 6hrs with thanks Kerry and Kathryn. Just before we were due to move and the 'lockdown' our chain collapsed, Kerry and Kathryn and the team worked their socks off and stood by their word! By the end of that same day we had agreed another sale and achieved the full asking price as well as another offer above the asking price. We used the Countrywide Conveyancing Portal, this was so much easier and more efficient than trips to a solicitor and all fees were given upfront, so no hidden surprises at the end. Kerry and John maintained contact to the best of their ability throughout lockdown, Kerry going above and beyond. We continued with the sale and purchase of our new home thanks to Kerry and Kathryn and moved into our new home in July. Kerry and the team have a very professional manner, and Kerry has become a friend. No question/query was too much and a question was always responded to. Our house sold on the first day of being put on the market. The service we had from Fulfords in Plymstock has been very efficient, professional and friendly. The staff have kept us well informed as to what was going on despite the difficult circumstances due to Covid-19. Unfortunately the house we tried to purchase through them didn't come off but the sale has gone very smoothly.
