Fantastic service over many years. Whenever there was an issue, nothing was too much trouble. We once had an major problem with the drains outside and they dealt with everything including liaising with the insurers. I could not recommend highly enough.

I had a temporary let for 2 years and the service received from Rebecca at the North Hill office was professional, helpful, friendly and really nice. The whole letting experience from signing up-to-date reporting problems and terminating the lease was efficiently managed and always dealt with promptly. Thanks again for your help.

GoogleOur situation was a cash buyer of a vacant possession property. It was a relatively straightforward transaction and as intermediaries Lang Town & Country were very good. I would single out Becky as being particularly helpful in pushing both solicitors to hit an important deadline and keeping us posted. I know it's easy to knock estate agents for the rates they charge but be thankful you're not selling a property in France where the minimum rate is 4%. Hi Paul, thank you for your reply. Sadly I've made no mistake, my viewing was with Emily Jolliffe from your Mannamead Road office on Friday the 26th of May. My previous review/explanation is accurate. Luckily I video recorded the whole viewing, I do this on all viewings as I find it can help refresh my memory, especially when viewing several property's in short succession.
