GoogleI bought a house through Keane & Parker in July 2021 - and completed in October 2021. Throughout, they were professional and friendly, prompt and responsive, and couldn't do enough to help me. Keane & Parker are way above the bar when it comes to client service and were always available to answer questions. They even recommended tradespeople (who have all been excellent too).
A special mention for Heather who really went out of her way to help me settle into Plymouth and was so enthusiastic about my new home - wonderful.

There are very few words that can describe how easy all those at keane and Parker made my life. I'm a worry head and at every twist and turn they were there to support, inform and guide. I understand that the owner did change their mind in how they were going to sell the property, and this is a common issue in the UK property market that nothing is guaranteed until an exchange.
