Although I didn't use their mortgage adviser Robyn Ball personally, as I already had one sorted, I found her to be really friendly and helpful when I spoke to her & would have definitely used her if needed.

Lied too on the valuation of my father's house, and on researching the company find their Wikipedia account very interesting reading for how they've treated the staff... obviously the same way they treat their "valued customers". Not the cheapest in price but the cheapest in style. Reporting to the ombudsman for standards.
