We cannot thank Emma and Nesha enough for helping us to sell the house in such a short period of time! The property was on the market with other two agencies for over 5 months, but in the last minute, we decided to go for Bradleys Estate Agents and it was the best decision ever! Both ladies did incredible job and managed to sell the house in less than 3 weeks, while we were living overseas. We were involved and informed at every step adapting to our zone time. The selling process went really smooth and communication was on really high standard. No delays, full professionalism and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend The Bradleys Estate Agents for their commitments and excellent service.

Bradley’s Plympton have been brilliant throughout the ups and downs of a very problem fuelled sale, Sharon was so helpful and went the extra mile many times, Emma the new manager has also been a great help in the final month or so after Sharon left. Also I knew that if I made an enquiry someone would get back to me which didn’t happen with another Plympton estate agent I used a few years ago ! My thanks also to all the Bradleys team ☺️

I first contacted Bradleys over a year before we ended up selling through them. Sharon came around and took me through everything, she also gave us a very fair valuation. Someone from the office called within a month and asked what we were thinking. I advised that we were going to wait a bit and they should get in touch towards the end of the year. ...8 months later, and I get a call from Harry asking if we were looking to sell. It was perfect timing! Sharon came and did another valuation within a week at a time to suit me. The quote for fees was with me by the next day, along with a photographer recommendation. We signed the contract and booked in a time for the photographer/ floor plan/ description etc. This was absolutely painless. Within a day, we had a drafted brochure and the house went on the market shortly after. We were fortunate and had a lot of interest. Sharon, Ruby and Gin did a fantastic job booking in 21 viewings within 2 specific day/ time windows to suit us. We couldn't even tell there had been people in the house! We received 5 offers and Ruby guided us through the whole process, assisting us in making the right choice of buyer. Such a smooth process. I really can't rate the team at Bradleys highly enough, they were so on top of things and no question or concern was a silly one. So, so impressed, and so pleased we went with Bradleys. Total lack of professionalism. Doing nothing for 10 months to sell the house and blaming only the lawyers and the seller is completely out of the ordinary. Discovering after 9 months that the client has Help to Buy and in the 10th month that they have other charge is downright mockery.

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.
