GoogleThese estate agents are undoubtedly the most helpful estate agents around. Extremely professional and accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble to them. Andrew and Kieran have both exceeded our expectations every time they have dealt with us. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

GoogleWe have just completed on our purchase through Atwell Martin and we were in a very long and difficult chain. I truly believe that without the assistance of our selling agents and the perseverance of Martin and the staff at Atwell Martin we wouldn't be sat here today enjoying our lovely new home. We always felt welcome wherever we visited the office it really brought home to us how important it is to get to know your agent. If you are thinking of using an internet chain to save money ...remember sometimes you really need to see a friendly face with on hand assistance to see you through such an important time. I have had dealings with both the residential sales and lettings department and I can highly recommend both.

GoogleAtwell Martin were the agent acting on behalf of the seller in our transaction, so we didn't expect to have much interaction with them. Due to the nature of the purchase, we ended up communicating very regularly with them, and found them easy to deal with, very professional, and very quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any property sale.

GoogleWhen it comes to sales, this firm lacks professionalism and procedures are not what they should be. If you are buying or selling I would look elsewhere.
I have no record of you as a prospective purchaser or vendor. I note with interest your previous reviews - almost all 1 star with the exception of Your Move who you graced with a 5 star review. Intriguing!

GoogleWhen you rent a flat, everything looks easy until you don't have to deal with this agency anymore. When the contract is finished, the communication is very poor. They took from our deposit a big amount of money, even for things that they weren't truth. I don't recommend them at all.
