GoogleWell moving house is one of the most stressful situation we can every go through in life. Add another personal situation on top , you need the best professional support to achieve your ultimate goal of a house to call home To say it was a swift transaction was not the case this was because of many other hurdles , which Nick at Robsons had the patients and professionalism to deal with in his stride In the late stages Nick was the agents totally involved in the chain and he was excellent , open honest, always communicating daily if not hourly at the latter stages .We all achieved our moving date of the 9th December in time for Christmas Thank you Robsons I have been on the books of nearly ever agent in Pinner and you are far superior to the majority of the competition . You know the market. your client base and you have excellent personal skills to read situation I would highly recommend Robsons but hope to not need your help for many many years if at all , as daughters may be choosing my future move I best be kind to them

GoogleOverall a very pleasant experience right from initial viewing all the way through to exchange/ completion. Paul in particular was great to work with. He was transparent with price negotiations, and during purchase, provided rapid updates and was always available to take a call. Couldn’t recommend Robson’s and Paul highly enough.

GoogleI had one of the worst experiences with Robsons. After arranging a house appointment and even going as far as making an offer, the agents showed absolutely no professionalism. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to keep us updated. It felt like they had no interest in helping us at all once we showed genuine interest. Their lack of communication and arrogant attitude is shocking for an agency that is supposed to be helping people with such an important decision. I would never recommend Robsons to anyone, avoid them if you want to save yourself stress and frustration.
