Would give a zero if possible. Tried to get a viewing with a property they never returned our call. When we did get through they said the house had sold. It was massively under valued. Mmm wonder who bought it??

William H Browns Lettings use Sequence Homes to ‘manage’ their properties. Landlords and tenants should both read reviews on Sequence before committing to WHB Lettings. WHB 8/10 for my property, Sequence 0/10. Sequence are awful.

GoogleAll the problems of renting from a private landlord, with the extra cost of estate agents. The check out says i left their poorly maintained flat in better nick than when i started tenancy, still trying to with hold my deposit.

William H Brown require landlords to give six months notice to terminate the management contract. Completely unacceptable. Not very good at replying to emails or returning calls.
