TrustpilotDon't ever rent from them
Don't ever rent from them. I rented 2 properties, hoping the second experience would be somewhat better. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from management. Always having to chase them for weeks when things go wrong. When lanlord refuses to put things right they simply do not care.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Ms Liveta, at William Brown. She understood my requirements, and found me a good property for rent in a central location. Clear and prompt communication. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotAvoid Avoid Avoid
Trust me- just don't, cant go into specifics just yet as may be taking legal action against this bunch of questionable ethics cowboys, but lets just say I have experienced similar issues to other reviewers as well as a possible forging of a signature on a contract

GoogleHad our viewings today with a guy called Robin - couldn't have been happier or more helpful throughout and was a genuine lovely person which was a nice surprise compared to some other estate agents who were just miserable. Made our experience much nicer and more enjoyable :)

GoogleVery pleased with letting staff who let my house quickly, and very professional including all paperwork (online) that looked daunting, but actually was straightforward. It is a shame that my house wasn't sold via WHB for the previous 12 weeks - which was the plan !
